In order to support a responsible supply chain management, INTEROR encourages its suppliers and contractors to commit with the principles outlined in the Responsible Care initiative. This is formalized by the Supplier Code of Conduct.
In this Code of Conduct, environmental and societal requirements are set, especially regarding:
- Work ethic (anti-corruption, fair competition, conflicts of interest, conflict-free supply chain, transparency, confidential information and data protection)
- Human rights, labour rights and social rights (fight against forced labour and child labour, non-discrimination, anti-harassment and protection against violence at work)
- Health and Safety of employees
- Environment protection and sustainability
INTEROR promotes long lasting relationship with its suppliers, contractors and clients based on respect and mutual trust.
For its part, INTEROR is regularly audited by its clients, usually by means of questionnaires.
